Brewers Association
The Brewers Association represents craft breweries and the American Home Brewers Association. We executed a complete remodel of this 12,000 s.f. free-standing office, opening up a large central atrium to connect occupants on multiple floors, to bring daylight into the dark center of the building and to create a beautiful central organizing feature of the space. A recycled beer bottle chandelier graces the top of the atrium. Brick, wood, raw steel create a slightly industrial feel, speaking to the roots, texture and activity of breweries across the country. The new 30 seat conference room has large frameless glass doors that lead out to the atrium and the walnut bar. The building meets rigorous sustainability goals and includes: 100% LED lighting, EPA Watersense plumbing fixtures, recycled content CRI Green Label Plus carpet, salvaged doors, cabinetry & trim, and beetle kill pine walls.
