It’s pool season! The Reserve Poolhouse, nestled among mature trees in a quiet Boulder neighborhood, provides it’s members with a high-end replacement to their previous recreational facility. This gem of a building is small but mighty, and has brought enhanced functionality, activity and joy to it’s HOA. It includes bathrooms and changing rooms, mechanical space, and storage space for the new pool, which features two full-size lap lanes and a shallow shelf for restful lounging or toddler splashing. An oversized roof floating on a steel structure over the masonry building offers significant shade for afternoon pool goers, and amenities such as a firepit and barbeque area help to anchor the site in a sense of purpose and community.

ʻʻ It was always a pleasure to work with everyone in your office. I appreciate your dedication to quality and integrity. Our project was a great success and we have a beautiful new pool and recreation center. The neighborhood loves it. ʼʼ
